For the avoidance of doubt, your contract is with JMP Partnership (IW) Ltd. Registered with the Information Commissioners Office in respect of the handling of personal data and our ICO registration number is Z1921965. JMP Partnership (IW) Ltd is a member of the Trading Standards ‘Buy with Confidence Scheme’.  We use a number of methods to recover money on your behalf including the County Courts and The Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) and the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS).  You can get more information about the free service provided by the FOS at www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk. We are required to tell you that you may be able to do this yourself or shop around for alternative claims service providers.

New regulations brought in on 10th July 2018 mean that we contract on different terms and conditions if you live in England and Wales compared to clients from the rest of the world.

If you have a complaint about the service we have provided, JMP Partnership is a small family business so our complaints process is very simple.  If you are not happy with the service we have provided, you should contact Jon Platt at JMP Partnership, 97-99 High St Sandown, Isle of Wight, PO36 8AJ or call 01983 403390 or email me at mail@jmppartnership.com.  I will acknowledge your complaint within 5 days and provide a full final response within 14 days. If you are not happy with that response you can come back to me.

Ultimately if you remain unhappy with my decision, you can complain to The Legal Ombudsman Service within 6 months of the date of my final response at:
