REGULATORY STATEMENT:  You do not have to use JMP Partnership or similar CMC  to bring a complaint.  You can make the complaint yourself to your bank free of charge and if you are not happy with the outcome you can escalate it to the Financial Ombudsman Service or other statutory scheme.

New regulations brought in on 10th July 2018 mean that we contract on different terms and conditions if you live in England and Wales compared to clients from the rest of the world.

If you have a complaint about the service we have provided, JMP Partnership is a small family business so our complaints process is very simple.  If you are not happy with the service we have provided, you should contact Jon Platt at JMP Partnership, 97-99 High St Sandown, Isle of Wight, PO36 8AJ or call 01983 403390 or email me at  I will acknowledge your complaint within 5 days and provide a full final response within 14 days. If you are not happy with that response you can come back to me.
